I am a Writing Instructor and PhD student (ABD) studying Rhetoric at the English Department of University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

My dissertation focuses on naturopathy, an alternative medicine system, and how doctors of naturopathic medicine (NDs) use rhetoric to professionally distinguish themselves from biomedicine doctors (MDs and DOs).
